In-store or mail-in

You can book this macOS Install or Upgrade online, then either bring your device to SimplyFixIt in Edinburgh or arrange tracked delivery to us. For mail-in repairs, you remain responsible for the journey to SimplyFixIt and we arrange insured return delivery after the repair.

Data and warranty

Most hardware repairs do not require us to access your data. Please keep a backup where possible. Repairs are tested before handover and include our repair warranty for the part fitted.

What happens next

1. Choose in-store or mail-in checkout. The displayed total includes any return delivery charge.
2. We confirm the fault and the repair route before work begins.
3. We fit the required part and test the device.
4. You collect from SimplyFixIt or receive the device back by insured delivery.
