You can book this Diagnostics online, then either bring your device to SimplyFixIt in Edinburgh or send it to us by post. Mail-in repairs include insured return delivery by courier.

Data and warranty

Most hardware repairs do not require us to access your data. Please keep a backup where possible. Repairs are tested before handover and include our repair warranty for the part fitted.

What happens next

2. We confirm the fault and the repair route before work begins.
3. We fit the required part and test the device.
4. You collect from SimplyFixIt or receive the device back by insured delivery.
