Knighton (Welsh: Tref-y-clawdd [trɛvəˈklauð] or Trefyclo) is a small market town and community in central Powys (previously Radnorshire), Wales, on the Teme and the England–Wales border. A small part of the town, including Knighton railway station, is in Shropshire, England. Historically the town was situated in England as the town was totally East of Offa's Dyke.
