That's because we have Apple Mac certified technicians, and we use the same parts as Apple do. It's the same service — simply cheaper. And in most cases, we'll get your Mac back to you far quicker than they can. Click to print out a repair authorisation form. Please complete it and put your Mac and the form in the post to us. We really recommend using a service like Royal Mail Special Delivery, with optional enhanced cover, so that you have compensation cover for up to £1,000.
