Andrew Clarke used SimplyFixIt in April, 2011, when his iPad's home button became faulty. A lot of people have experienced this, either on their iPhone or iPad. We were able to replace the home button with a new one, and Andrew was on his way. Regular guest, and sometime host, Laura Kalbag had her broken iPhone repaired with SimplyFixIt in June 2014.
