Video editing PCs differ from home computers as they need to be exceptionally powerful and designed to fit the task at hand. This PC is specifically designed for an enthusiast user who likes to edit footage for home, private or business use and is our ‘Level 2′ system.
If using Adobe CS5 or CS6 you may wish to upgrade to a second SSD to be allocated as a ‘worker drive'. The system will be able to use this to massively increase the efficiency of the application. The difference will be particularly noticeable when processing extra-large files.
The SSD we use has a read speed of over 500MB/s. You can upgrade to a second SSD for just £65.
When video-editing, we appreciate that different graphics cards will be more effective in different applications. We do have a wide range of Nvidia Quadro workstation cards available as well. Please feel free to contact us for a quote on something built specifically for your purposes.
